What do I do if I have forgotten my MyConnected Fleet password?

If you have forgotten your password, fear not, you are easily able to reset it through the login page.
- Click on "Reset Password"
- Enter your username
- Click "Submit"
You will then be prompted to check your email for the reset link
Please check your spam folder to make sure that the reset email has not been spammed
Once you have received the email please follow these steps:
- Click on "Reset my Password"
- Enter a new password
- Repeat the new password
- Click "Save"
Make sure you are following the password requirements for the new password, otherwise you will be unable to save
If you are still having issues logging in, please speak to your system administrator and they will be able to reset your password for you
