Deactivate
Deactivate is a request to switch off a device leaving the hardware installed in the vehicle. This means the vehicle does not need to be taken off the road and can continue to be used whilst a Replacement Hardware Installation is completed into a new vehicle.
Select the Deactivate case type, then:
- Fill out the Contact Name, typically yourself, so we know who to contact if we need additional details and who to keep informed of our progress
- The registration of the vehicle to be deactivated in the Select vehicle for deactivation section
- A purchase order number in the Add purchase order details field
Once you click Save, you will instantly receive entitlement for a Replacement Hardware Installation and the device will be deactivated in no less than 10 days.
