Welcome to the MICHELIN Connected Fleet Customer Portal
The MICHELIN Connected Fleet Customer Portal is our easy-to-use website which allows you to:
- Request shipment of ordered telematics solutions, specifically for:
- Installing a new unit for the first time
- Installing Connect hardware if you already have MICHELIN Connected Fleet's first generation product
- Installing an upgrade, such as a light bar, to your existing solution
- Book vehicle installations or move telematics solutions between vehicles (we call this a “defit” and “refit”!)
- Raise general enquiries
Live status updates for your requests are also available through the portal, which is accessible at any time.
