Welcome to the Masternaut Customer Portal

The Masternaut Customer Portal is our easy-to-use website which allows you to:

  • Request shipment of ordered telematics solutions, specifically for:
  • Book vehicle installations or move telematics solutions between vehicles (we call this a “defit” and “refit”!)
  • Raise general enquiries

Live status updates for your requests are also available through the portal, which is accessible at any time.
