Installing the app and login
Before you start
Check your inbox for a welcome email from MICHELIN Connected Fleet MyConnectedFleet and follow the instructions to create a password. You will need your username and password to access the app. Please contact your manager if you didn’t get the welcome email.
Installing the app and login
Look for “SmarterDriver” on Google Play (Android) or App Store (iOS) and proceed to installation. Use your username and password to log in for the first time.

What are scores?
You are scored on the following driving behaviours that impact safety and fuel consumption:
- Smoother: harsh acceleration and braking
- Safer: driving below the road speed limit
- Cleaner: turning the engine off when not moving
Check your score on the app
Scores are displayed on the welcome screen. You can see details and progress by following the arrow.
How to improve my driving?
Good driving behaviours
You’ll get better scores by sticking to basic rules: avoid unnecessary harsh acceleration and braking, respect road speed limits and turn your engine off when your vehicle is stationary.
Check trends and ranks vs peers
Follow the arrow again to see trends over the past seven days and how you rank against your colleagues. Use this information to target constant improvement and perform best among your peers.
