Defit
Defit is a request to remove a Masternaut telematics solution from one of your vehicles. We will package it securely and leave it with you, so that it is ready to be installed (Refit) in a different vehicle on a later date and time.
If you want to move a solution from one vehicle to another at the same time and place, please pick Defit & Refit.
Select the Defit case type, then:
- Fill out the Contact Name, typically yourself, so we know who to contact if we need additional details and who to keep informed of our progress
- The registration of the vehicle to be defitted in the Select vehicle for defit section,
- If required, a purchase order number in the Add purchase order details field,
- The information needed to schedule the deinstallation
- Up to 3 preferred dates for the defit
- The address where we will defit the vehicle
- The address where the material should be stored after the work is complete
- The person we should contact
Use the Additional Information section to provide us with further information on your request.
Once you click Save, the case will be sent through to our agents.
