How to reset a user's password

A Connect administrator can unblock a user by resetting their password.

  1. Got to the Settings page
  2. Click on Organisation
  3. Click on Users

  1. Type the name of the user you want to reset the password for
  2. Click Search

  1. Click Action on the right hand side of the users name
  2. Click Reset Password

An email (containing the reset link) is automatically sent to the user's email. The user will be requested to enter their new password.
