How to reset a user's password

A Connect administrator can unblock a user by resetting their password.

Go the Admin section, then Users. Select the user and click

  1. Action button on the right
  2. then click on Reset password

By clicking Yes, an email (containing the reset link) is automatically sent to the user's mail. The user now only has to enter their new password.
