Defit & Refit

Defit & refit: remove a MICHELIN Connected Fleet telematics solution from one of your vehicles (defit) and install it into another vehicle (refit) at the same location and time. 

Select the Defit & Refit case type, then:

  1. Fill out the Contact Name, typically yourself, so we know who to contact if we need additional details and who to keep informed of our progress
  2. Add the vehicle registration in the Select vehicle for defit section
  3. If required, a purchase order number in the Add purchase order details field
  4. Add the new vehicle registration in the Select the vehicle for refit section
  5. All informations needed for the Defit&Refit
    1. 3 preferred dates for the defit&refit
    2. The address where will be the vehicle
    3. The contact to schedule the work

Use the Additional Information section to provide us with further information on your request.

Once you click Save, the case will be sent through to our agents

Reminder: the both vehicles must be at the same place / time for defit/refit.
