I have new vehicles in my fleet, how do I know if these vehicles are compatible?

Please speak to your account manager or the customer service team first so they can carry out a vehicle compatibility check for you. This needs to be done before adding new vehicles on your customer service portal.

I have an issue with my Ford vehicle data, which is inaccurate or not updating, what should I do?

How do I activate my new Ford vehicles

I have logged into the Ford console but some of my vehicles don’t appear

In some rare occasions, vehicles may need to be added manually to your vehicle list. You can do this using the “Add Vehicle” button and either add the vehicles individually or with a bulk upload using a CSV file, which you can download from the Ford online portal via the bulk upload tab. You will need the 17 character VIN number in order to do this. 

Vehicles purchased or leased without a FIN code become “unverified” and require documentation to verify ownership. Please contact Ford directly by email (fcseu1@ford.com) or phone 0800 169 6290 who will be able to assist you. 

Yes, consent will need to be provided in the Ford console for all new vehicles added. However, you do have the option to provide ‘auto consent’ for all new vehicles added to avoid having to go through this process for every new vehicle.

How do I change the language on the Ford console?

You can change your own language set up under the ‘User Settings’ tab located via the dropdown located in the top right hand corner of the page. 

You can change the language of other users via the ‘Users’ tab on the left hand side of the page and then select ‘edit’ for the user you wish to change the language for.
