How to reset a user's password

A My Connected Fleet administrator can unblock a user by resetting their password.

Go the Settings, Alerts & Locations, then Users. Select the user and click

  1. Action button on the right-hand side
  2. then Reset password

An email (containing the reset link) is automatically sent to the user's mail. The user will be requested to enter their new password.
