Viewing Events from Maps

Updated by Bob Medlin

You can view a vehicle's video events from the Maps page in your MICHELIN Connected Fleet Cameras portal. The camera can be in active or standby mode.

To view a vehicle's video events

  1. Log into the MICHELIN Connected Fleet Cameras portal and from the navigation bar, click the Maps icon
    The Maps area loads.

  1. From the Maps pane, navigate to the vehicle you want to view and select it.
The Trips list loads for the selected vehicle, giving the area of the trip, the kilometers, and the number of driving events.
  2. Browse or filter the list to find the trip you want to view.
  3. Select the relevant trip from the list.
The trip route loads on the map, with icons indicating the locations and types of events that occurred.

  1. Click an event icon to view more information.
A pop-up window loads with the event details, location, date, and time. If there is a video recording or photograph, the cameras in the vehicle appear.
  2. Select the camera you want to view.
A panel opens on the right of the map and loads the video.

Acceleration, de-acceleration, geofence, and power off events don't have any video recordings.
  3. Click the arrow in the lower right corner to save the video to your computer.
